What time does the expo start?

The expo with all vendors starts at 10am on both Saturday April 21, and Sunday April 22, 2018. Concludes at 4pm each day.

Can I bring my kids?

Children under the age of 12 are more than welcome to attend with an adult paid ticket. There is no child care service available during the Northwest Naturals Expo. Youth tickets are available for children ages 12-17. There are age restricted events during the weekend. Please check on the ticket details for which events those are.

How can I become a sponsor for the event?

What time does vendor setup begin?

Vendors are allowed to start setting up their tables by 7:00am on Saturday April 21, 2018. If arrangements need to be made for additional time please contact Kariba directly at NWNaturalsExpo@gmail.com. Vendor locations will be pre-assigned.

Vendor Check – In begins on Friday April 20, 2017 at the Networking Soiree located at the Red Lion Hotel & Conference Center.

Can I pay at the door?

Yes you can pay at the door for the following events: Expo, Barber Competition & Hair Show. We accept cash and major credit cards. Tickets are $30 at the door.

Is there parking available?

There is a Parking Garage located next to the venue.

Can I reserve a room at the hotel?

We have a negotiated discounted room rate with the hotel. When calling in to make your reservations, make sure to let the hotel staff know you’re coming for the Northwest Naturals Expo and for the group rate.

Can I get a refund if I purchase a ticket and can no longer make the event?

All purchased tickets are final for both Attendees and Vendors. There are NO refunds on purchased tickets. Tickets however can be transferred to another attendee. To do so, please email NWNaturalsExpo@gmail.com to make the name change.
